Rovine loves playing with her friends and drawing.

Favorite subject at school

She is in grade two at a very poor public school. Her favourite subject is mathematics. She wants to become an accountant in the future.

Child’s chores at home

She can help in sweeping the compound, washing plates and any other house chore allocated to her

Family history

Rovine was born in Budaka town council, Budaka district in eastern Uganda.

 She stays with her step mother and her father in a semi-permanent house. Her mother separated with her father. The father is a teacher and he has many children he is caring for. This makes it hard for him to ably support the family.

 She has no biological siblings but has many half sisters and brothers.

Rovine was born deaf and is not able to speak. She has not been educated in sign language, so she has no way of understanding or communicating her message. 

How would lcf help the family.

Through sponsoring this girl to acquire quality education and become fluent in sign language, so she is able to communicate with people and get a job to support herself in the future. Your support towards this girl will be a blessing to the whole family.
